What are the basic specs of Luna? +
Luna is a premium modern-retro electric scooter for daily city riding — quiet, smooth, and practical. Motor up to 5 kW with a Boost mode, a 2.9–3.2 kWh non-removable battery (5-year warranty), and a smooth, vibration-free ride for everyday Jakarta roads.
What is the real riding range? +
In normal city use, Luna travels around 100–120 km on a single charge. An optional range extender brings the total to up to ~200 km, depending on riding conditions.
How long does it take to fully charge? +
Just plug into a standard home outlet — about ~5 hours standard, or ~3–5 hours with an optional faster home charger. Charging time may vary depending on your home's power condition.
My house has low electrical capacity, can I still charge Luna? +
Yes. Luna supports adjustable charging power, making it safe for most Indonesian homes. It works with common household capacities, including lower-capacity systems (450VA–2200VA). Charging may take longer, but it remains safe and stable.
Is Luna safe during rain or floods? +
Luna is built for daily riding in Indonesian weather. The battery and critical electronics are IP67-rated, protected against heavy rain and water exposure. It's safe in rain and shallow water, but deep floods should be avoided for safety.
Where can I service the motorcycle? +
Luna is supported through Aerion's official network: the Aerion Experience Center in Jakarta, authorized service partners in selected areas, and mobile service support for certain cases. All locations are available through Aerion's official channels and app at launch.
What is the top speed? +
Around ~100 km/h, with Boost for short bursts of extra speed. Luna is tuned for stable, comfortable city and highway riding.
How much does a replacement battery cost? +
Replacement battery pricing will be announced closer to launch and will vary by configuration.
